Mr. Saleem Awan serves as Chief Executive Officer. He is a seasoned professional with over three decades of diverse banking experience. Before taking on the CEO position, he was Managing Director at Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) covering Middle East markets. In earlier roles, he worked as Head of NRI at Merrill Lynch in Geneva for over 10 years. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Awan worked at Pakistan’s first private sector bank and was also one of the pioneers in establishing a Micro credit finance institution. He holds an MBA degree from Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi and PMI certification from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
